Agreement
By using Bricked’s website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Products & pricing
We sell authentic sealed LEGO® sets from stock clearance inventory, typically at about 30% off listed retail. Stock is limited and can change without notice. Prices and availability on the site at checkout are what apply to your order.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or payment problems). Each checkout is subject to the published per-order maximum (currently $200 merchandise rules as shown at checkout).
Payment
We accept major cards and cryptocurrency options shown at checkout. Card payments are processed when you place the order (or as described at checkout). Crypto orders require you to complete payment using the details provided in the checkout flow; orders may be held until payment is confirmed.
Shipping & returns
Shipping options, timing, and fees are described on Shipping Info and confirmed at checkout. Returns and exchanges follow our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bricked is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or delay/loss in shipping beyond remedies stated in our shipping and returns policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and design are owned by Bricked or its licensors. LEGO® and related marks belong to the LEGO Group. Bricked is an independent seller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
